1. Details and instruction of this corrugated 836 machine
The machine use 15 roller station to roll forming the corrugated profile, because we designed a lot similar profiles with this 836 model. Therefore, we are specialized in the corrugated roofing models, we can make shorter and smaller machine to meet the client's requirement.
2. What parts does the machine include?
The first part is manual decoiler, one set, the bearing capacity is 5 tons.
The second part is roll forming machine part, one set, the main part of machine.
The third part is hydraulic cutting device, one set, it is fixed on the roll forming part.
The fourth part is hydraulic pump, one set, it is the power source of cutter device.
The fifth part is discharge table, one set, four meters long, used to collect the finished roofing product for the moment.
The sixth part is accessories, some spare parts will be included.
