Overview:

Working principle:
The removal of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen by sewage
treatment equipment mainly relies on the AO biological treatment
process in the equipment. The working principle is at level A. Due
to the high concentration of organic matter in wastewater,
microorganisms are in a state of hypoxia. At this time,
microorganisms are facultative microorganisms. They convert and
decompose organic nitrogen in wastewater into NH3-N. At the same
time, they use organic carbon as an electron donor to convert NO2-N
and NH3-N into N2. In addition, they also use organic carbon
sources and NH3-N to synthesize new cellular substances. Therefore,
level A tanks not only have certain organic matter removal
functions, Reduce the organic load of subsequent aerobic tanks to
facilitate nitrification, and rely on the high concentration of
organic matter present in the raw water to complete
denitrification, ultimately eliminating nitrogen eutrophication
pollution. At the O level, although the concentration of organic
matter has significantly decreased, there is still a certain amount
of organic matter decomposed into CO2 and H2O. Autotrophic bacteria
(nitrifying bacteria) use the inorganic carbon generated by organic
matter decomposition or CO3 in the air as a nutrient source to
convert NH3-N in wastewater into NO2-N, NO3-N, and the effluent
from the O level tank flows back to the A level tank, providing an
electron acceptor for the A level tank. Finally, nitrogen pollution
is eliminated through denitrification.
Features:
1, Sewage treatment equipment can be buried below the surface,
which can be used for greening or square land. Therefore, this
equipment does not occupy the surface area, does not require
building houses, and does not require heating and insulation.
2, The sewage treatment equipment consists of a secondary pool,
with one level being a reinforced concrete structure with a
relatively deep burial depth, and the other level being a steel
structure with a relatively shallow burial depth. The steel
structure pool adopts the domestically pioneered interpenetrating
network anti-corrosion coating for anti-corrosion. It is an
interpenetrating polymer network formed by the interpenetration of
rubber and plastic networks. He is resistant to acid, alkali, salt,
gasoline, kerosene, aging, impact wear, rust and rust. After
applying this coating to the equipment, the anti-corrosion life can
generally reach more than 12 years.
3, The AO biological treatment process in sewage treatment
equipment adopts a push flow biological contact oxidation tank,
which has a better treatment effect than a fully mixed or two or
three stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tank.
And it has a smaller volume than activated sludge tanks, strong
adaptability to water quality, good impact resistance, stable
effluent quality, and no sludge bulking. At the same time, a new
type of elastic three-dimensional filler is used in the sludge
contact oxidation tank, which has a large actual specific surface
area and is convenient for microbial biofilm formation and removal.
Under the same organic matter conditions, the removal rate of
organic matter is higher than other fillers, and it can improve the
solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
4, Due to the use of a biological contact oxidation tank in the AO
biological treatment process, the volumetric load of the filler is
relatively low, and the microorganisms are in the stage of self
oxidation, resulting in a relatively low sludge production. In
addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the
biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the
sludge produced by the activated sludge tank. Therefore, the amount
of sludge generated by the SJYDM series of sewage treatment
equipment is relatively small, and generally only needs to be
discharged once in about 90 days.
5, In addition to adopting conventional blower noise reduction
measures (such as vibration isolation pads, silencers, etc.), the
sewage treatment equipment has also installed new sound-absorbing
materials on the inner wall of the blast room, which reduces the
noise level during equipment operation to less than 50 decibels and
reduces the impact on the surrounding environment.
6, The sewage treatment equipment is equipped with soil
deodorization facilities. It utilizes the upper space of the
reinforced concrete structure pool to set up improved soil and air
distribution pipes. When the odor component is dissolved in the
soil moisture through the soil layer, it is then transferred to the
soil due to surface adsorption and chemical reactions, and
ultimately decomposed by microorganisms to achieve deodorization.
7, The sewage treatment equipment is equipped with a fully
automatic system and equipment damage alarm system, with good
reliability. Therefore, there is generally no need for dedicated
personnel to manage it in daily life, only monthly or seasonal
maintenance and upkeep are required.
