1, Purpose
It can be widely used for dewatering sludge (or materials) in urban
sewage, printing and dyeing, textile, papermaking, food,
pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical, petroleum and other
fields.
2, Main features:
1. Adopting a dehydration method that integrates ultra-long
filtration and roller pressing, the processing capacity is large,
and the moisture content of the pressed filter cake is 10% lower
than that of ordinary machines.
2. The deviation adjustment and tensioning device of the filter
belt is advanced and reliable, and adopts air pressure for
automatic control.
3. Mechanical performance and corrosion resistance, the main part
is guaranteed for eight years, and the bearing rubber roller is
guaranteed for five years.
4. It can operate continuously for 24 hours, with simple operation
and convenient maintenance.
3, Working principle:
1. The belt type concentration and dehydration integrated machine
is a new type of filtration equipment that adds a pre concentration
and dehydration section on top of the ordinary belt type
dehydration machine to combine the sludge concentration and
dehydration sections. Its obvious feature is that it has three
filter screens, one for concentration, and a separate driving and
regulating device to accept the load of sludge.
2. Due to the high hydraulic load to be accepted during the
concentration stage, which is difficult to separate and control due
to the low solid content, the concentration stage is the technical
key of the integrated equipment for concentration and dehydration.
With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection both
domestically and internationally, in order to meet gradually strict
sewage discharge standards, traditional sludge concentration tanks
are no longer suitable for the concentration of some special
sludge. For example, sludge containing a large amount of phosphorus
may form secondary release of phosphorus in anaerobic or
pressurized oxygen environments of gravity concentration tanks,
resulting in the loss of upstream phosphorus removal efficiency. In
this situation, the concentration and dehydration integrated
machine came into being.
3. After being treated with chemicals, the sludge is first sent to
the concentration section. After several tens of seconds of
concentration treatment, the sludge concentration reaches 2% -10%
or more (depending on operational requirements). Then, it is sent
to the pressure filtration and dehydration section through the
sludge batching device, and a sludge cake with a certain solid
content is formed.
4. The thickening process of the belt type all-in-one machine is as
follows: when the sludge enters the thickening section, it is
evenly spread on the filter cloth, like a thin layer of mud. Under
the action of gravity, a large amount of surface water in the mud
layer is separated and quickly discharged through the gaps of the
filter cloth, while the solid particles of the sludge are
intercepted on the filter cloth. At this point, the retention rate
of solids in the sludge is very high. As the filter cloth moves, a
portion of the water is further removed, and it binds together to
form a slurry sludge with poor fluidity. Due to the poor fluidity
of the sludge, it is not easy to be squeezed out after entering the
high-pressure shear section of the subsequent filter press, thus
ensuring the dehydration effect and significantly improving the
solid content of the sludge cake.
