Model 2000 Shale Shaker Screen
FLC2000 Shaker screens are called 48×30 shaker screens. They can be used to replace screen for Mode 2000 series shale shaker and mud cleaners.
The model 2000 series shale shaker utilizes 48 x 30 screens which are available in FLAT and PINNACLE type.
The main mesh size is API40-API325. and there are also different types divided according to cut point or non-blanked area. Such as Ultra Fine, Fine Mesh, High Penetration series screen
Pretensioned wire cloth is tightly bonded on the supporting metal back, increase the screen conductance and ensure a longer screen life. Metal hookstrip makes it easier and quicker to change the screen, save working time.
• Screen Finer Faster – Utilizing Pinnacle screens enable shakers to screen 2 to 3 mesh sizes finer than traditional perforated plate flat screen panels. This maximizes the solids removal efficiency of the shaker.
• Drier Cuttings – Pinnacle screens minimize fluid loss by dispersing thinner layers of fluid over an increased screen area, resulting in a more effective and faster drying capability.
