Description:

The whole engraved or carved decorative metal wall panel production line is used for continuously making sandwich panels with one layer of pre-painted steel coils or aluminum coils, the other layer pre-painted steel coil or aluminum coil or aluminum foils, and the core material of polyurethane.
The whole production line is divided into PU insulation part and roll forming part.
The insulated sandwich panels produced by this continuous production line are mostly used as the exterior carved metal wall panels with bricks/wooden decoration patterns; as the interior decoration thermal insulated wall panels; as the PU garage door panels;
The whole line will be running fully automatically through the control of PLC system including inverter, encoder and HMI.
