GE IC660TBD120 60 milli Amps typical 250 milli Amps maximum 1.8
kilograms
Product information GE IC660TBD120 :
The IC660TBD120 terminal assembly is part of the Genius I/O series
and it is designed by GE Fanuc. The terminal assembly has an
operating voltage range of 93 to 132 Volts AC and a frequency range
of 47 to 63 Hertz. In addition to that, the ripple of the terminal
is 10% maximum and it can also be connected to DC power sources
with operating ranges of 10 to 30 Volts.
The AC operation requirement includes 60 milliamps of typical
current and 250 milliamps of maximum current. In addition to that,
the DC power source needs a current range of 200 to 300 milliamps.
The IC660TBD120 terminal assembly features the high-speed counter
block type and it has a dropout time of 1 cycle for AC operation
and a dropout time of 10 milliseconds at 12 Volts or 75
milliseconds at 24 Volts for DC operation.
The IC660TBD120 terminal assembly is used for applications such as
material handling, process control, motion control, turbine
flowmeter, and velocity measurement applications. The featured
counter block is completely configurable and it is compatible with
a variety of PLC components. The IC660TBD120 terminal assembly has
a count rate that includes 200 kilohertz when a high-frequency
filer is selected and 40 Hertz when a low-frequency filter is
used.|
The terminal assembly has an output voltage drop of 2 Volts at a
standard inrush and 0.25 Volts at a current rating of 0.5 Amps. The
terminal has a maximum inrush current of 3 Amps per output and
maximum circuit overcurrent threshold of 4 Amps. The maximum block
steady state output current is 2 Amps
Output Power Connections The block’s four outputs:
(O1 through O4) require a 5VDC to 30VDC source.If logic-level
signals are needed for the outputs and their total load will not be
more than 200mA, the block’s +5V output can be used as the power
source.
Output power can also come from the same DC source used for block
power, or a separate DC power source. Connecting VL+
If no block outputs (O1 through O4) will be used, jumper the
block’s +5V output to VL+.
If VL+ is not connected, the block will generate false Failed
Switch messages. Output Power from the +5V Terminal To use the
block’s +5VDC output as the output power source, jumper the +5 volt
output terminal to VL+.
See the illustration for AC Power with DC Backup. Output Power from
the DC Block Power Source If outputs will be powered by the same DC
source used for block power, jumper VL+ to DC+.
Output Power from a Separate DC Source If output power will come
from a separate external DC source (not the same power supply used
for block power), install the external source across the VL+ and
DC- terminals.
