High Capacity Reaction Torque Sensor 0-100kN*m Heavy Duty Torque Transducer
Flange-to-flange High Capacity Reaction Torque Transducer FT03 is made of high stiffness alloy steel based on strain
gauge technology, torque transducer FT03 delivers mV/V signal from
wheatstone bridge bonded on a specially machined body. Flange to
flange design makes it easy to mount FT03 to existing strutures.
Reaction Torque Meter FT03 is available in a very wide measuring
range from 200NM up to 100kNm, you may find torque load cell FT03
suitable for applications such as motor torque measurement, test bench applications, screw driver
calibration, fatigue testing, twist measurement, motor
dynamometers, actuator test as so on. Flange Torque Transducer FT03
can be modified or customized to meet requirements of different
applications.

A Reaction Torque Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the moment can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.The output range of high capacity torque sensor FT03 is normally within -25mV...+25mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, an external signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.Taking torque meter FT03-10kNm and amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V for example, the torque-voltage relationship will be 0-10kN*m in clockwise direction VS 0-10V output, 0-10kN-m in CCW direction VS 0-(-10V) output.
