Product Description:

The MOC3052M is a zero-cross optically coupled isolator containing a GaAs infrared LED and an integrated high voltage detector with photo-coupler isolation. It is suitable for applications such as power line sensing, motor speed control and home appliance control. The MOC3052M has a turn-on time of 10µs maximum and a turn-off time of 6µs maximum.
