The TC1264-1.8VDBTR is a highly integrated power management IC designed to simplify the design of low-power, battery-powered applications. It integrates a high efficiency DC/DC converter, a low dropout linear regulator, two LDO regulators and a battery monitor, allowing for maximum flexibility and minimum external components for a wide range of battery-powered designs.

Features:

• High efficiency DC/DC converter with up to 1.8A output current
• Low dropout linear regulator with up to 1.5A output current
• Two LDO regulators with up to 200mA output current
• Integrated battery monitor
• Low power operation with sleep mode current of <10uA
• Wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
• Output voltage range from 0.8V to 3.3V
