Product Description:
The TPS6209733RWKT is a synchronous buck converter power management IC with an adjustable output voltage from 0.8 V to 5.5 V, and an adjustable switching frequency of 200 kHz to 2.2 MHz. The device includes a high-side and a low-side power MOSFET, a DC/DC controller, and a power-on reset (POR) circuit. The device is available in a WSON-10 package and can deliver up to 3 A of output current.
