The NTA4153NT1G is a SC-75 package, N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET ideal for switching applications.This device is designed to have low on-resistance and fast switching speed, making it suitable for high-frequency and high-speed switching applications.It features a maximum drain-source breakdown voltage of 30V and a maximum on-state drain current of 1.5A, allowing for efficient and reliable power control.In addition, it has a low gate-source threshold voltage of -2.0V, making it easier to drive with a low voltage gate driver.It also features high power density, low thermal resistance, and a standard SC-75 package with four leads making it suitable for surface mount applications.
