The FDMS86350 is a Power MOSFET designed for use in high-performance power electronics applications. The device features an industry leading 100V drain-source voltage rating, low gate charge, and fast switching performance. The device is also rated for a maximum drain current of 30A and a maximum drain-source on-state resistance of 0.018 ohms.
