Description:
This MOSFET power electronics product is designed for high power
applications and is capable of operating at a maximum voltage of
800V. It has a maximum current rating of 850A and an RDS(on) of 4mΩ
at 25°C and 3.2mΩ at 175°C. It is designed with a low gate charge
of 40nC and a fast switching speed. It is capable of operating at
temperatures between -55°C to 175°C. This product is RoHS
compliant.
