The FDMC2523P is a high efficiency power MOSFET with a wide range of operating temperatures and low on-state resistance. It is designed to provide superior performance in power supply and DC-DC converter applications. The device has a maximum voltage rating of 25V and a maximum current rating of 23A. It is also RoHS compliant and is packaged in a thermally enhanced PowerPAK SO-8 package.
