The LPC3240FET296/01K is a powerful and feature-rich MCU Microcontroller Unit, designed to meet a wide range of embedded application needs. It features an ARM Cortex-M3 processor, up to 256K bytes of Flash memory, 16K bytes of RAM, 10/100 Ethernet MAC, USB 2.0 OTG, 2-channel SPI, 3-channel I2C, 6-channel UART, LCD controller, and numerous timers, PWM channels, and ADCs. This MCU also features a wealth of peripherals, including a range of peripheral power management features, a bootloader, an interrupt controller, and a watchdog timer.
