MKE02Z32VFM4 MCU Microcontroller ARM® Cortex®-M0+ Kinetis KE02 Microcontroller IC 32-Bit Single-Core 40MHz 32KB (32K x 8) FLASH 32-HVQFN (5x5).
This Microcontroller comes in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There
are 28 I/O ports on this device. The Microcontroller's mounting
type is Surface Mount and this IC chip has the following features.
The MCU is based on the 32-Bit core. The type of memory it uses for
its program is FLASH. The temperature range that this
Microcontroller operates at is -40°C~105°C TA. An electrical
component of this type belongs to the Kinetis KE02 series. This
program memory has a size of 32KB 32K x 8, which indicates what the
size of the program memory is. Powered by a ARM® Cortex®-M0+ Core
processor. MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs make
up the Microcontroller. IC Chip 32 has 32 terminations. 32-bits are
the size of the data that comes with MCU. A 3V volt supply is
provided by the Microcontroller chip. Currently, MCU chip has NO
DMA channels. Using YES PWM channels, the device works. As far as
its frequency goes, it operates according to a 20MHz clock. As an
