Scope of use

Installation Precautions

The quality of bearing installation will affect the accuracy, life and performance of bearings. Therefore, during installation and use, pay attention to the following points

1. Use standard specifications as far as possible in design;

2. When assembling, please pay attention to whether there are foreign bodies on the surface;

3. After use, the sliding surface is black or gray-black due to the oil film formed by solid lubricant. Please do not scrub and use as usual.

4. Before assembly, if lubricating oil is applied to the grinding parts, the running and closing period can be shortened. Conducive to mechanical operation;

5. When assembling, it should be pressed in slowly, and it is forbidden to knock, so as not to damage the bearing and cause deformation;

6. When designing, different parts should choose appropriate materials in order to improve mechanical properties and prolong the service life of bearings;

7. In high bearing reciprocating movement, it is recommended to fix with screws;

8. Stainless steel or chrome plating is recommended for grinding shafts in fresh water, sea water and offshore operation
