High Temperature Flue Gas Dust Collection
The filter element material of high temperature and high precision dust collection system is porous metal film, the film material is thin sheet, the thickness of 0.3 ~ 0.6 mm, soft, can be curled and formed. It has the characteristics of good mechanical properties, high porosity, high separation efficiency, large flux and low resistance.
The system is suitable for gas dust removal with high
precision requirements, widely used in valuable dust recovery,
medium and high temperature gas solid separation, is an upgrade
product of traditional bag dust removal and electric dust removal
technology, and completely solves many problems such as low
filtration accuracy, bag burning, low processing capacity per unit
area, and large equipment footprint.
