Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×15min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec): 660~900

Horizontal flow:(180℃), mm: 27~31

Gloss(60°): ≥85%
