The intelligent sand strength testing machine is composed of a hand
wheel screw loader, an S-type tension and pressure sensor and a
single-chip computer data processing display system. The test data
is collected and processed automatically, and the data is displayed
by a double-row liquid crystal display. The micro-printer prints a
test report and the test data is accurate and reliable. The machine
adopts one-button operation method, and has eight test modes:
“high-strength test”, “low-strength test”, “dry state”, “wet
state”, “tension resistance”, “compression resistance”, “bending
resistance” and “shear resistance”. Simply select the appropriate
mode button. After the test, the test results can be printed, and
the test results can be inquired, and the qualified and unqualified
products are automatically judged. The test methods and data are
all based on the standard test of the sand test.
