strengh in the normal temperature. The hot tensile strength is one
of the main detection methods for judging the film-forming
properties of resin sand and coated sand.
It is equipped with a microcomputer intelligent control stepper
motor loading system, intelligent automatic temperature control
system and intelligent measurement system. It adopts liquid crystal
display, high-precision load cell and miniature Chinese printer.
The sample is placed on the host sample mold, and automatically
heated (232 ° C, about 120 s), automatically loaded to display the
force process curve, measured its tensile strength, display
measurement results, storage and print reports.
