1. Its main use is to determine the melting point of
various types of resin coated sand.
Melting point is a very important indicator of coated sand and has
a significant impact on core quality.
2. It uses an intelligent digital display temperature controller to
control the temperature to ensure a constant temperature gradient
of the square beam.
3. A portable surface temperature sensor that directly measures the
temperature at any intercept point.
4. The aluminum alloy heat conducting beam is used, and the uniform
measuring hole is made thereon, so that the temperature gradient of
the heat conducting beam is
more obviously constant, and the melting point
temperature is more convenient and accurate.
5. It has the advantages of convenient operation and reliable
measurement data.

main applications
It is widely used in scientific research, university and labs....
It is an indispensable instrument for determining the melting point
of resin and peritoneal sand in universities, research institutes
and factory laboratories.
tips:
The shell-type coated sand casting is heated, and the phenolic
resin coated on the outer surface of the sand begins to melt. The
temperature at which the sand is bonded together is called the
melting point of the coated sand casting.
Inspection method: (ZBG39005-89):
First, the temperature on the metal plate surface of the melting
point analyzer is increased from 60 to 130 degrees Celsius in the
axial direction, and is divided into a plurality of different
temperature intervals, and the temperature of each interval should
be kept constant.
During the inspection, a special strip of coated strips with a
thickness of 1.5 mm and a width of 20 mm was evenly sprinkled on
the above-mentioned metal test plate surface, and kept for 1 min to
start melting, and then a stable 0.05 MPa air was used. Blow the
nozzle and move it along the guide rod of the instrument at a
constant speed to blow off the uncoated shell sand.
Finally, the melting point of the coated sand casting is determined
by the temperature at which the amount of sand on the low
temperature end plate is 50% or more.
Each sample was measured 3 times, and the average value was taken
as the test result.
