Whats new ?

 

1) The flame produced by water flame welding technology is neutral, concentrated, and will not spread, thereby reducing the risk of heat diffusion on the welding surface.  It is helpful to reduce the oxidation of welding objects. For the refrigeration and HVAC industry, avoiding the oxidation inside the copper pipe will help improve the life of the compressor

 

2) The temperature of the water flame is as high as 2800 degrees, and the flame is concentrated without heat radiation.  It can achieve precise and fast flame processing to meet the needs of a variety of industries.Moreover, the hydrogen flame is a kind of carbon-free flame, and the processing process will not cause secondary pollution to the workpiece. The processing cost is fast and there is no carbon embrittlement.

 

 

 

It is a qualitative change from water to flame generation. Water flame is very different from traditional gas (acetylene/oxygen) combustion.

 

1) First of all, the equipment eliminates the need for other storage and avoids the explosion hazard caused by improper use of pressure vessels. At the same time, the equipment does not require any safety certification.

 

2) Our oxyhydrogen brazing and cutting machine avoids the cumbersome and cost of repeated replacement of gas cylinders. The equipment is put in once, and only pure water is needed for daily maintenance and management, saving more than 60% of enterprise costs.

 

3) The length of the flame and the amount of heating value applied to the workpiece can be adjusted in time by adjusting the power input to the PEM cell. Provide users with more flexible and friendly welding solutions.

 

4)  Due to the high diffusivity of hydrogen (emitted from the center of the torch), the hydrogen mixes with the oxygen outside the torch, so there is no internal flame. The flame is evenly distributed around the flame core, and the proficiency of welding workers is greatly reduced.

Brand New Welding

 

1) Brand new welding: No pressure vessel is required, the pressure is less than 0.1Mpa, and it can work when it is connected to electricity. Take it when you use it, the equipment has pure water as the additive medium, and the cost in use is basically zero. The incidental products have no side effects on the surface of the welding product and the working environment.

 

2) The new welding has a specially designed "post-mixing" design: the welding torch device (mixing gas only at the tip of the torch) does not require the Fba after meeting prevention device, because the fuel gas is used, and the hydrogen is only at the torch tip of the torch nozzle. And the outside is mixed with oxygen. When the gas is too little or too large, the flame will try to return to the inside of the torch. It will not produce flashback, because when the flame tries to return to the hydrogen line containing 100% pure hydrogen, it will not burn. If the flame tries to return to the 100% pure oxygen pipe, it will not burn because the oxygen itself will not burn.

 

3) Another advantage of the "post-mix" welding gun is that there is no need to change the nozzle tip frequently to match the flame size

Traditional welding

 

1) Traditional welding: pressure vessels are required, and at least two or more steel cylinders are required. The safe storage of steel cylinders in the workplace should be ensured to avoid potential safety hazards caused by high temperature and leakage.

 

2) The traditional welding process flame adopts pre-mixed oxypropane/oxyacetylene, and the hottest part of the flame is located at the tip of the inner cone. All flames from propane, acetylene, natural gas, and fuel gas are "premixed" flames, that is, the fuel gas is mixed with oxygen before reaching the torch tip for combustion. These flames are very prone to "anti-fire" or "flashback". Too much gas, the flame will try to regenerate.With too little gas, the flame will try to enter the torch in the opposite direction.Because it is a "pre-mixed" gas system, backfire may occur. Therefore, for safety reasons, for the application, it is necessary to install the anti-backfire device Fba in the gas hose/torch.
