RV powder pump has totally four specifications, the inlet and outlet port is ranging from 1” 1.5” 2” inch, the fluid contact material has aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel 304 &316 as options. Depending on the varied fluid requirement and different applications, the materials of diaphragm are available in Santoprene, Buna-N, Hytrel, Neoprene, PTFE and .

The bulk density of powder must be less than 0.8g/cm3, the powder particles should be less than or equal to 150 mesh. The conveying distance is related to particle size and bulk density (silicon dioxide= 45 meter, flour= 12 meter); the higher the density is, the smaller the conveying distance and flow rate are.
