The plastics blown film line is used to produce LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film with width 400-1200mm and thickness of 0.006-0.03mm, which widely applies for package of food, fruit, garment and other industries.
1.The line is compact and easy for maintenance and operation.
2.The screw and barrel are made of top quality nitriding alloy steel. The screw has big L/D and has special mixing section, which is with good mixing effect.
3.It is heated by cast aluminum heater. Its temperature is automatically adjusted through blower.
4.The Die adopts finished spiral die, which can interchange with each other for multi-usage.
5. Winding device has friction winding, central winding and horizonal 8-roll friction winding.
6. The temperature control gauge adopts 800 series intellligent digital gauge.
