Special flexible composite pipe for Shale gas/natural gas transmission
In response to the special performance requirements of pipeline
corrosion resistance (including CO2, H2S and other acidic media
corrosion) and high pressure resistance for natural gas
transmission in acidic oil and gas fields, a special flexible
composite pipe with high gas permeability resistance and barrier is designed. According to different processing
techniques, it is divided into non bonded flexible composite pipes
and bonded solid wall continuous composite pipes. According to the
different media used, it is divided into high barrier flexible
composite pipes (suitable for sulfur-containing natural gas) and
ordinary gas transmission flexible composite pipes.

Mainly designed for the corrosion of acidic media such as CO2 and
H2S in the gas transported by oil and gas fields, high gas
pressure, and complex transportation environment. High barrier
non-metallic flexible continuous composite pipe is an upgraded
product of traditional flexible composite pipe. The pipe is
composed of five layers of co extruded inner liner transmission
layer, reinforcement layer, and outer protective layer. The inner
lining of the full diameter high barrier non-metallic flexible
continuous composite pipe is formed by co extrusion of
heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), adhesive, and high barrier
polyethylene (EVOH) in five layers; The reinforcement layer is
formed by winding polyester fibers; The outer covering layer is
made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
