Product Introduction of RO Water Treatment System
Water treatment system treat raw water in several procedures in
order to meet the bottled drinking water standard.
This system uses water pressure pump to increase the water supply
pressure; sand filter is used to remove Plankton, Moss, Suspension,
Colloid and so on. Active carbon filter is used to remove strange
smell, chlorine, chloride, organic matter and heavy mental, lower
color and optimize water quality. Sodium softer is used to remove
the calcium and magnesium ions in water. Micro filter is used to
remove the tiny impurity. Hollow fiber Ultra filter can remove
impurity, colloid, phenolic compounds, chloride, germ and all the
harmful substance, meanwhile keep all beneficial minerals in water.
Reverse osmosis can move all the things in the water and to make
raw water to be pure water.
The Basic Working Principle of RO Water Treatment System
After a special high-pressure pump, when the raw water is added to
a pressure of 6-20 kg, the raw water permeates through the reverse
osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns under the
action of pressure. Chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and virions
cannot pass through, and are discharged with wastewater. Only water
molecules and solvents with a volume of less than 0.0001 microns
are allowed to pass through.

Reverse Osmosis or (RO) can be described as a procedure whereby
pure water and contaminants is divided via a semi-permeable
membrane(s) with very fine pores. This method is a necessary
technique employed in the majority of water purification systems.
Reverse Osmosis is considered to be a highly effective approach to
eliminating water impurities, such as Toxic Heavy Metals i.e. Lead
and Radium, Mercury, Chlorinated Pesticides, organic matters,
Turbidity & Dissolved Solids, bacteria, virus.
