1. Product description
Wire diameter 4mm diamond mesh wire making machine is used for
making wire mesh. We currently utilize seven fully automated CNC
grid welding machines and two CNC jig welders that allow us to
produce to your exact specifications. Sheet sizes can be up to 78”
wide and 240” long (dependent on mesh spacing). Wire spacing and
diameter configurations are nearly endless, allowing us to be the
top manufacturing partner for custom welded wire mesh.

3. Application area
The wire diameter 4mm diamond mesh wire making machine can be
used to make wall mesh, concrete mesh, construction mesh,
breed cage etc.
4. Advantages
a. The welding part of wire mesh welding machine is used the
springiness input wire trunking that makes the welding copper use
for long time.
b. Mesh pulling cart with railway 6m, max mesh weight 60kg.
c. Cross wire hopper with loading capacity 100kg.
d. This wire mesh welding machine adopts synchronous control
technique. The cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC
program system. The input front-panel is touch screen , the operate
is more intelligent and reasonable.
e. The machine line automatic degree can be according to
request. For the economical type, line wire and cross wire are pre
straightened and cut to length. We are capable to produce
fully automatic machine.
