1. Product description
Automatic PLC touch screen wire mesh welding machine is used for making wire mesh. The machine adopts synchronous control technique, welding time and sub-control welding is composed of PLC program system. Touch screen input panel forms make operation more intellectualized and reasonable. New and high efficiency of welding machine transformer expands welding wire diameter scope. Easy handling and high flexibility and high working efficiency achieve a perfect welded wire mesh machine.

3. Application area
The automatic PLC touch screen wire mesh welding machine is used to making stainless steel mesh. The mesh is used in many industries in our life. It can be used in building material shops, manufacturing plant, farms, home use,construction,poultry. They are easy using and convenient. Because of it is anti-corrosion, so it will have longer service life.
4. Advantages
a. This machine adopts PLC control technique, both separate-phases welding and welding time composed of digital and integrated electric circuit, more intelligent and rational, once pressing, and separate welding.
b. It has advantages of reasonable design, low noise, stable working, easier operation etc.
c. The welding speed is fast and it is easy to learn and operate. Only two operators are enough.
d. Line wire pitch/distance could be as small as ¼ inch.
e. Both longitude wire and weft wire can be fed from wire coils automatically.
