Steel storage producing line, silo making machine
The steel storage producing line and silo making machine for producing storages for granular,
power or liquid material , generally ,used in industries like grains, feedstuff, oil, medicine,
water treatment or food . The silos can contain wheat, soybean, maize, sorghum, flour, bulk cement fly-ash,
chemical syrup and other particle products. It operates forming and seaming the silo and not welding
or assemble.
The machine makes steel silo with five forming steps and then steel bended procedures with
strips from 24mm to 495mm thickness. Later on merged forcedly and sutured spirally to become
a cylinder with 450m heighth with different diameters. The steel storage production line and silo
making machine adds seal gum into the spiral crimped seams to storage liquids or waste water.
The steel storage producing line is in capable of making silos in short period, around eight days setting up
a 2000 ton steel, matching several sheets together firmly to warrant silos with service life up to 30 years.
A set of the silo making machine consists of pattern cutter, bending machine, uncoiling unit, frames and
electronic control unit.and electronic control unit.
