Engine:
SC230.8 excavator is equipped with Cummins engine of Euro II
Emission, which features 133/2000 output power and strong power,
which is the largest among the models of the same weight; With the
engine intake pre-filter, the daily maintenance time of the air
filter is reduced, which can save the energy and care the
environment. The outside oil filter element can be maintained
easier.
Cab:
With new cab and sealing absorbent material, the noise of the cab
is reduced; 24V voltage output is preserved in power connectors of
the cab, cab door has the function of lubrication; the cab adopts
new seat, new rail box and safety lock, and the wiring harness
adopts waterproof connector, which improves the operation
comfortability, reliability of the operator.
New monitor:
Based on the original operation modes, new monitor adds 4 economic
E modes, which satisfies the requirements of the customers to save
the fuel and reduces the volume as it is equipped in the front
control box. The front operation room of the cab is enlarged. CPU
features human intelligence and automatic diagnose function. If the
engine is idling for more than 5 minutes, the monitor will notice
the operator that the engine shall be turned off, in order to save
the fuel.
Air conditioner:
With the electronic and automatic temperature control air
conditioner, the temperature can be set between 18℃(63℉) and
32℃(91℉). The function of intake air filtering is added, in order
to prevent the dust from entering the air conditioner; the amound
of the discharged wind is increased, and the cooling and heating
effect is improved. The filter element of the air conditioner can
be disassembled easily to clean.
Working device:
Boom joint selects wholly casting structure, and the strength is
improved, and the working device is reinforced, and the tensioning
device is improved.
Safety improvement:
The standard device of GPS satellite positioning provides feedback
all the time; new anti-skid plate with protrusion to increase the
safety; With the safety rail on the machine supper structure, and
rear view glass, the operator has excellent visibility for the rear
part of the excavator.
