XD103 vibratory roller is an asphalt compaction product independently developed by XCMG for many years of compaction machinery research and development experience. This product is specially tailored for municipal maintenance customers. The product is especially suitable for the compaction of asphalt concrete surface, and can also be used for compaction of small and medium-sized foundations, sub-foundations and filling materials. The ideal compaction equipment in the implementation of asphalt surface lamination in high-speed pipe maintenance.

1. The front and rear frames adopt the current mainstream frameless structure, which increases the approach angle and departure angle of the vehicle, and effectively improves the welt compaction performance of the whole machine.

2. The vibrating wheel adopts the traditional cylindrical four-support structure and has a long service life. In addition, the vibrating wheel adopts our company's original pressure equalization technology, so that the amplitude difference between the left and right vibrating wheels is controlled within 3%, effectively ensuring the smoothness of the road surface.

4. It adopts full hydraulic transmission and full electro-hydraulic control technology, and all uses electrical switch control, which makes the operation extremely convenient.

6. The large-capacity water tank meets the long-term working requirements and reduces the number of times of water addition. The nozzle uses a three-stage filtration system to prevent the nozzle from clogging.

7.  Adopting advanced sound insulation and sound absorption technology, sound absorbing materials are provided at the bottom of the cab and the side of the engine compartment. In addition, the entire engine compartment has also been sealed to effectively isolate engine noise and lower the noise inside the cab.
