Detail of vibration bowl feeder:
The vibration bowl is a feeding device that automatically
directional sorts. Its working purpose is to automatically and
orderly arrange the disordered workpieces in a directional and
orderly manner and accurately transport them to the next process
through vibration. The vibration plate is an auxiliary equipment
for automatic assembly machinery, which can discharge various
products in an orderly manner. It can cooperate with the automatic
assembly equipment to assemble the various parts of the product
into a complete product.
The vibration bowl is mainly composed of a hopper, a chassis, a
controller, a linear feeder and other matching components. There is
a pulse electromagnet under the hopper of the vibration plate,
which can make the hopper vibrate in the vertical direction. Due to
the inclination of the spring sheet, the hopper makes a torsional
pendulum vibration around its vertical axis. Due to this vibration,
the parts in the hopper rise along the spiral track until they are
sent to the discharge port.
