Our valve packing machine (valve bag packing machine), the improved

production. We improve its most precise measurement sensing system,
changed the way of lifting force sensor, the industry generally
used, to the pressure sensing mode, making the packing machine life
and accuracy greatly improved, Bag weight error from the original
error of ± 0.5-1kg reach ± 0.25kg. Filling mouth also made design
changes, adding a "gas returning nozzle" design, in the filling
process the bag excess gas can be discharged, so that the filling
process more smoothly.

Product Description
The cement sand packing machine is a weighing packing machine for
powder. It is designed for dry-mixed mortar, concrete, chemical
engineering etc. The machine’s microcomputer system adopt
industrial grade components and STM process.
Working Principle of Automatic Valve Port Packing Machine
The automatic weighing and packing machine receives the weight of
analog signal by gauge and sensor and convert to figure signal, to
control contactor and solenoid vale by relay switching signal to
achieve the motor rotation stop and air cylinder operation.
The discharge principle is use high-speed rotation of the power
head paddles make the material quickly set aside from the discharge
port, the internal air blown inside the power head form a high
pressure and puff away materials to help paddles disperse the
material.
