The TH328 type electron tubes are cermet structures, side thermal oxide cathodes, and plate gate triodes. The cooling method is forced air cooling. The maximum operating frequency is 1000MHz, the maximum anode dissipation power is 750W, the anode maximum operating voltage is 2200V, and the maximum output power is 100W. It is mainly used for power amplification in decimeter wave, meter wave TV transmitter or TV transmitter, and it can also be used for ultra-high frequency pulse power amplification.
