The Fy-74B (4CX800A) type electron tube is a cermet structure, a side-fired oxide cathode, and a cage-type grid four-stage tube. The cooling method is forced air cooling. The maximum operating power is 250MHz, the maximum anode dissipated power is 600W, and the maximum operating voltage of the anode is 2000V. Mainly used for high voltage power supply in semiconductor, IC or LED electronic evaporators.
