Product introduction
Fenteng CT0012 is a curing agent suitable for the production of
impregnated paper with low pressure, it can only be used in urea
formaldehyde (UF) resin.
CT0012 can effectively cure UF resin, to prevent UF resin seeping
to melamine resin on surface, avoiding poor surface sealing and
adhesion of impregnated paper. With CT0012, temperature in the hot
pressing can be increased, flow time of UF resin can be prolonged,
dry / wet flaw can be reduced, the heat resistance during storage
can be increased, storage time can be prolonged.
CT0012 doesn't show curing ability at room temperature (25 ℃), and
active time after adding is 8-12 hours. After temporary machine
maintenance , new patch of glue is not needed, saving work time. At
low temperature (< 120 ℃), the curing process is slow, the resin
has time spread enough, meanwhile rapid curing at high temperature
provides uniformity. Dry/wer flaw, heat mark can be reduced.

The amount of curing agent varies with the reactivity and the pH value of the resin. Before used, appropriate curing time should be determined according to the type of impregnated paper, and the accurate dosage of curing agent should be determined by lab testing.
It is suggested to be used for impregnated paper with long-time transportation and long storage time.
Note:
the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives.
the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time
reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
Leak handling
This product is a non-flammable and explosive industrial grade chemical product and cannot be used in any food and medicine.
When the product leaks, it is recommended that the operator wear a dust mask, wear a gas-proof suit, and do not touch the leaked material. When a small amount of leakage occurs, rinse and dilute with a large amount of water. When a large amount of leakage occurs, it should be covered with plastic sheet, and then collected and recycled.
