discharge valve is opened, and the material grease and oil residue
are pumped to the oil residue separator through the oil residue
pump.
The primary separation of grease and oil residue in the oil residue
separator, the oil residue is sent to the oil press through a screw
conveyor, and the grease is transported to the mixing tank through
a special grease pump and pipeline. The oil residue is separated
from the oil by the pressing chamber of the oil press, and the oil
content of the material is reduced to 10-14% to obtain solids and
oil.
The oil separated by the screw oil press and the oil separated by
the oil residue separator enter the mixing tank together, and then
pass through the original centrifuge to achieve purified oil
through physical centrifugation.
