A: RELEA has a history of 15 years ,designs, develops and produce
90% of our products. We have an excellent design team, who have won
international design awards such as Red Dots Award and IF Award for
multiple times. We also have our own factories, warehouses,
logistics and other amazing partners. So, we have total control of
our products, and we are confident about and proud of them.
RELEA has passed ISO 9001 O14001 and OHSAS 18001. Most products are
certified by SGS LFGB.
Q: Have you ever worked with other company?
A: Our company and our factories has been collaborating provided
some qualified OEM and ODM service with many big brands, stores and
institutions during past years.
Q: Can you do OEM/ODM service?
A: We can provide qualified ODM and OEM service. (MOQ: 1000pcs.)
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 5pcs for stocked products (with REL EA brand); 1000pcs for
customized product.
We can make lower number for your first time trial. Please feel
free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the
cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after
checking the quality of our products and know our service.
Q: How can you ensure your products quality?
A: You can test the sample first, We have professional team for
quality control. We are the gold verified supplier issued by SGS.
Q: Is it possible to print the customer's own logo?
A: Absolutely yes.
Q: Can you customize?
A: Sure. We have our own designer in-house. You can send us your
design or ask us to design for you.
Q: Can I get sample?
A: Absolutely, We usually provide an existing sample for free. But
a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is
refundable when the order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have
carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if
not,you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with
our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q: How long is the lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want
your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs
whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will respond
fast to your request.
Q: When to actualize bulk orders after sample confirmation?
A:25 days after the customer's payment, specific time to be
negotiated. We have large production capacity, which can ensure
fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q: If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
A:We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
