Inspection principle
This reagent forms a double-antibody sandwich complex with interleukin-6 and is equipped with a fluorescence detector to detect the concentration of interleukin-6 in serum, plasma, and whole blood. After the sample to be tested is evenly mixed with the buffer, it is dropped into the sample hole of the test card. The sample reacts with the fluorescent-labeled mouse anti-human interleukin-6 monoclonal antibody coated on the sample pad to form an antigen-antibody complex, and chromatographs it to nitric acid On the cellulose membrane, a specific immune reaction with the coated mouse anti-human interleukin-6 monoclonal antibody occurred and was captured. The amount of the captured fluorescent complex is positively correlated with the concentration of interleukin-6 in the sample. The fluorescence intensity is detected and converted to the concentration of interleukin-6 according to the calibration curve calibrated on the id chip or test card.
