YXD12 - Gearbox Cleaning Machine

Brief Description of the Equipment:

YXD12 - Gearbox Cleaning Machine is specially designed for the maintenance of motor trains (EMU). It is suitable for gearbox internal cleaning operations of standard gauge CRH2, CRH380 and other CRH series motor trains.

Drive and fuel supply adopts variable frequency technology to realize gearbox oil washing by infinitely variable speeds. Programmable curve method is used to change the wheel speed and fuel supply in the process of oil washing according to the programming curve, which overcomes the shortage and overflow of oil caused by changes in oil quantity at different speeds. Different wheelset gearboxes can be cleaned on the same equipment. The float switch is configured to monitor the oil level in real time, and the oil supply can be automatically and manually controlled to ensure the balance of oil supply and return oil. Oil-washing adopts forced circulation and bi-directional filtration, which has high filtering accuracy and automatic alarm under blocked situation. Oil supply and return uses linear filter, magnetic filter, filter blocking automatic alarm.

The equipment operation is controlled by hydraulic pressure and the control system is composed of industrial computers, frequency converters, PLC and controllers. The wheelset in and out of working station are completed in a one-time cleaning process. The data can be recorded and output, and the results can be printed. There is information exchange interface with user information management system.
