Description

 

Our cable tray roll forming machine (also called cable ladder roll forming machine) is capable of making different sizes of cable trays through replacing punching molds.

The cable trays produced by this roll forming production line are extensively used in factories and other building because of their accurate robustness.

With full and special experience, we can customize cable tray forming machines or cable roll forming production lines according to customers’ profile drawing and specifications.

3. Roll former

1) Roll forming type: wall panel chain drive

2) Drive type: forming rollers is driven by synchronous chain and speed reducer

3) Stand: use H profile steel integral welding, with welded reinforced rib in the middle, the installation platform is integral machined by NC housing planer to guarantee the flatness, distressing after welding

4) Flux cored wire to weld stand and structure pieces, structure strength mechanical property reach marine components standard

5) Main motor power: 15KW-4P

6) Forming stations: 12 stations

8) Coil thickness: 1.0 - 2.0mm

9) Roller material: bearing steel GCr15, single forging, fine machining, 2 times quenching, hardness: HRC 58-62°, hard chrome coated

12) Wall panel material: A3, NC fine machining

13) Bearing stand: cast iron material, fine machining, high stability and long work life

14) Accessories: all accessory pieces fine machining, polishing, acute angle abate, coated with decoration chrome or blackening treatment

15) Surface treatment: shot blasting treatment to remove rust after welding, polishing welding position and decoil, batch putty and then prime spray, the surface painting use advanced polyurethane and paint 2 times, fine painting for detailed sections

 

4. Puncher

mould: 1 set, 4 ball type guide rod, accurate guiding, up-down mould stand is qualified 45#, all stripper, down mould plate, punching head insert are imported SKD11, other mould plates are Cr12MoV

 

5. Hydraulic cutting system

1) Cutting type: Hydraulic

2) Cutting blade mould: material: Cr12, fine machining, quenching, HRC 58-62°, NC linear cutting, fine grinding

3) Hydraulic station and oil cylinder:

Hydraulic valve: Beijing Huade

Hydraulic pump: YBI-10, Yuken

All seals of hydraulic cylinder use Taiwan brand

4) Hydraulic power: 7.5kw

 

E. Electric control system

1. The whole use PLC control, LCD touch screen and HMI, set the program which can run automatically, the operator supervise the control process, realize the operator control the production line and modify the control parameters, and real time monitor the equipment running status, parameters and false alarm, the profile length setting, adjustment etc

2. Operation mode has manual and automatic type and freely switch, under manual status, can run a single machine which is convenient for machine maintenance, under automatic status, it conduct the whole line running, start by sequence

3. The whole line has emergency stop button for emergent matter to secure the machine and personnel safety. Exclude the power cables, all the signal cables use aviation plug to reduce cables connection time and mistake
