Ankle/Crank Assembly Dynamic Fatigue Testing Machine, 0-120 Times /

1.Product introduction:
This machine is used to simulate the situation that the pedal crank
assembly of the bicycle is worn after driving for a certain
mileage. It can test two pairs of pedals at the same time, and the
four pedals are counted independently. After the pedal is damaged,
the machine only stops the test and counting of the pedal and
retains the test result.
2.Principle:
Cut a section from each pair of cranks and fasten them to the test
shaft, then attach a pair of ankles to the crank. Separate the
weight of 20 kg from each of the ankles with a spring to minimize
the vibration of the load and rotate the test shaft 100000 times at
a rate compatible with the surface material of its bearing. For
example, there are two ankles. After the foot is turned on, after
the rotation of 50,000 times, the ankle should be turned 180 and
then rotated 50,000 times.
