Application:

This machine is bridge type boring and milling machine with horizontal moving beam occupies a small area and has great bearing capacity. Adopts double ram, each ram adopts CNC double direction (left, right) single head, that is, A axis. Can adjust at any Angle and position, milling, boring, drilling, and tapping all these processes for the any angles of the workpiece can be made in one clamping. This machine is used to the automobiles, motorcycles, printing machinery, textile machinery, vehicles and other machinery manufacturing industry for the parts processing.

Main Features:

1. The layout is Reasonable and advanced, the appearance is beautiful. The lateral, longitudinal and vertical guide rail adopts large size roller linear guide rail, it has the peculiarities of high sensitivity. Transmission adopts precision gear and rack. 2. The machine tool control system can configure SIEMENS system, FANUC system, SYNTEC system and AC servo motor.

The Main Configuration of The Machine Tool

(4) In the three-transmission system, adopts NC software limitation, electrical limitation and many control system to make sure a safe work environment.
(5) Bed material: rotary table adopts QT450 casting, artificial aging treatment, ram slide base and column adopts 16Mn steel plate-welded, Stress relieving after welding (580℃ of the annealing temperature).
(6) All gear for machine tool adopts hard tooth surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, wear resistance.
