PYPVD/ZF Series PVD Evaporation Vacuum Metallizing Machine adopts thermal evaporation coating technology, the evaporation materials such as aluminum wire installed on the tungsten wire, evaporate the materials to the surface of the substrate.
The PVD vacuum coating machine consist of vacuum chamber, machine frame, thermal evaporation coating system, cooling system, workpiece rotating rack, vacuum pumping system, electronic control system, etc.
It’s equipped with the newest Ion Source(plasma) option for preparation and pre-treatment of the part to be metalized: through the Ion Source application it is possible to increase the adhesion onto the substrate of the metal deposited. Ion Source process is applied directly in the same cycle of metalizing, before the metal deposition phase. The automation software and the systems guarantee maximum uniformity and quick operation.
The PYPVD/ZF Series PVD Evaporation Vacuum Metallizing Machine + PYPVD/UV Series spraying line can do different decorative colors, such as gold, silver, red, blue, green, brown, gray, black, rose gold, coffee, ect.
