Product description
Nowadays, with human exploitation and environmental degradation, natural energy especially oil energy is becoming less and less, on the contrary, municipal solid wastes are becoming more and more. Huayin waste plastic pyrolysis machine can convert the normal daily wastes like plastic bags, and rubber scraps into fuel oil, which can be used as heating fuel in many industrial fields.

Working process
1. Loading the waste material into the pyrolysis reactor manually or with auto feeder.
2. Heating the pyrolysis reactor and producing oil.
3. The exhaust gas which can not be cooled to liquid oil will be recycled to heat the reactor. Smoke will be purified through strong and powerful dust removal device.
4. Cool the pyrolysis reactor after oil production is finished.
5. Discharging carbon black and steel wire.
Main advantages

Oil-water separator: Its water sealing design ensures that oil and gas are separated and combustible gas can not return to the reactor.
Energy-saving:
The inner reactor body and outside insulation cover have good airtightness, avoiding heating loss and saving fuel.
The combustible gas that cannot be further cooled down into fuel oil will be recycled to the furnace for heating the reactor, maximizing resource utilization.
The cooling water adopts a circulating mode, which is pollution-free, no discharging, and recyclable.
High efficiency discharging: Adopt screw conveyor discharging device, discharge carbon black in sealed condition, no pollution and save labor and time.
Fast installation: All of the condensing parts have been installed together before delivery from the factory, saving installation time and ensuring welding quality.
