White Color Coiled PVC Flooring Adhesive For Low penetration substrates M780

High strength floor adhesives emulsion adhesive, used for bonding homogeneous transparent or laminated PVC coils and sheets, vinyl quartz floor tiles, rubber coils and sheets (thickness less than 2 mm), impervious blanket, elastic floor, etc.

Construction Method:

M780 adhesive shall be applied to the prepared base with a suitable scraper. The type of blade shall be selected according to the ground material, the type of the back layer and the subfloor. Ensure that the adhesive is properly transferred. Flooring shall be as per manufacturer's recommendation.M780 application meets Chinese building materials industry standard GB50209 lowest environmental conditions and construction methods.

Semi-dry method: apply the adhesive to the absorbent base with a suitable scraper, and choose the appropriate drying time according to the environmental conditions. It is recommended to use "double trigger" paving for impervious flooring, such as rubber flooring.

Pressure-sensitive method: Use a suitable scraper apply the adhesive to the base floor and the back of the material. Before laying the floor, wait for the adhesive to become dry, that is, the fingers will not stick to the adhesive. Note: pressure sensitive method cannot be used when installing rubber floor or some surface materials.

Exposure: with roller adhesive daub is on base course and backside of floor material, wait for two sides to become point to dry. Laying material to ensure full contact. Apply pressure and expel trapped air. If you have any questions about the construction method, please consult our technical department. Health and Safety

The products are environmentally friendly and non-flammable. M780 is safe when used correctly. It shall be frost resistant for storage, transportation and use. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles if necessary.

Primary Treatment:

Subfloor if oil, water and mold release wax , wax water decontamination required treatment ; minor sand from the ground suggested M318 water-based primer (porous absorbent subfloor ) bottoming closed; does not smooth ground recommend the use of flat subfloor self-leveling for leveling ( leveling thickness of at least 2mm); wet subfloor moisture treatment recommended by two component epoxy moisture primer. The presence of cracks is recommended to use two-component epoxy material subfloor repair.

Note:

Do not glue dumped into sewers or drains. Unused glue should be sealed for next time. According to local regulations, dispose or recycle of empty drums and the expired glue.

Packaging and Storage:

20kg plastic pails. The product should be stored at room 5℃-35℃, prevent freezing, exposure. Shelf life of 12 months.
