Uses:

For mortar floor, concrete base reinforcement, with moisture-proof, mildew-proof, flame retardant and other characteristics.

Applicable Subfloor:

Water-based emulsion interfacial reinforcing agent is used for the ground absorbing base course, such as concrete, cement mortar, etc. It has super penetrating force for the base course with a lightly sanded surface, to enhances the strength of reinforcing base course. At the same time, M139 can closes the capillary hole and gap of base course, reduces the absorbing ability of porous base course. It has certain effect of moisture proof. After the reinforcement of the base can carry out the construction of self-leveling leveling layer.

Base treatment: the base needs to have porous absorption, flat, dry, clean, no cracks, no oil stains, mold release agent and other chemical additives. Loose remains or surface must be thoroughly removed by washing or shot-blasting.

Primary Treatment:

Subfloor should be hard, smooth, dry, clean, no cracks, no fat, no release agent. If the surface of the base is loose or a large area of sand, shot blasting is recommended. Before brush the agent, use a sander and vacuum cleaner to clean up the subfloor.

Construction method:

Remove unstable objects and oil on the surface of the ground；Add water 1:1 to this reinforcing agent and paint it with roller brush to ensure complete penetration; Completely dried product need brush the second time, if you want to get better enhancement effect, brush more times. Please note that in other climates, the drying time will be extended or shortened.

Note:

Suitable service temperature: 5℃-35℃. The base course needs to be smooth and dry, and the surface should be cleaned before construction. It is not recommended to use it outdoors. This product is slightly corrosive to steel reinforcement, so be careful use it. This manual data from 23 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃ temperatures and 50-55% relative humidity conditions.

Packaging and Storage:

20kg plastic pails. The product shall be kept at room 5℃-35℃,prevent freezing and exposure. The shelf life is 12 months.
