This line is a one/two stage plastic regenerative
pelletizer/pelletizing/granulator/granuating which is suitable for
many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and making pellet,
such as PP, PE,HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film and clean woven/nonwoven bag
materials,etc.
it has vacuum exhausting system on extruder barrel which can fully
vent the moisture in the material,hence the final granule quality
will be very perfect.
end of screw barrel, it equipped with double station fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen changer which can efficiently filter out the dirty in the plastic melt.
the pelletizing adopts water cooling pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is good.
Process flow of the Plastic granules making machine :
Conveyor→ PE film compactor→ Extruding system→ Die-head and High
speed Net exchanging system→ water ring pelletizing machine → water
tank → dewatering machine→ vibrating sieve→ Air Blower → Storage

Compactor/agglomerator
The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps.
Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades will
heat and let scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point.
Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs
it into extruder screw. Crushes, dries and compacts the material
which enables a fast and stable feeding from the compactor directly
into the extruder.
Pelletizing unit
Water-ring die-face/Strand cutting methods are usually adopted. In
water-ring die-face cutting system, the rotary cutting blades will
be pneumatically fit completely and closely to the die-face surface
to ensure efficient cutting. Rotary speed of the blades is
automatically adjusted by module system according to melt pressure
at the die face.
