Description Of Pulp Molding Equipment


Pulp molded tableware is made form sustainable food grade virgin paper pulp, like bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, bulrush pulp, wheat straw pulp and other pulp.
In the process adding food grade chemical agent, forming under dewatering, dry inside special molds, then trimming and disifection.

  • Drying method: thermal forming (drying in mold).

 30% down payment by T/T,

 70% before shipment by T/T or L/C at sight

   2 Delivery Terms FOB Guangzhou, China.

(if the holiday of Chinese New Year is during the manufacture time, Delivery time should extend 30 days)

   4 Packages

 Packages suitable for ocean transport.

 The small parts are packaged by wooden boxes.

 The big parts are protected by wooden support.

   5 Installation

 Seller should appoint 1 engineer to instruct buyer for installation, test-run and training.

 All the charges of air ticket, VISA , accommodation and food of the engineer should be responsible by buyer.

 Besides, the buyer should pay the engineers subsidy of USD200/person/day and offer translation service.
